* Effective January 1, 2011, the required passing score for (1011) SLLA is 160. A score achieved September 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010 is acceptable for up to five years from the test administration date. As long as the test is completed, the assessment requirement has been met.

Note: A score on a test completed more than five (5) years prior to application for certification shall not be acceptable. 16 KAR 6:030

KYPT
Successful registration of the KYPT includes the following two steps:

1. Payment of $80 registration fee, and
2. Selection of a test location and date at the time of fee payment
   -Log in to the study guide and select the location and date immediately following your payment submission.

Failure to log in and select a test location and date at the time of fee payment will result in INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION and require that you schedule the next available test date. Payment for the test DOES NOT reflect successful registration for the test.
